The American West in the 1800’s, when cowboys were king, was quite a different place than it is today. There were no highways, big cities, cars, bikinis, airplanes, telephones, McDonalds, TVs, or Rap stars.
We offer vintage cowboy hats owned & worn by cowboys working on active horse or cattle ranches in Arizona or other southwestern states. With the purchase of one of our hats, we include a biography & pictures of the cowboy and the ranch.
Most times, if you acquire a vintage hat, you have no idea where it came from or who owned it, unless the person was somewhat famous. In that case, it is usually very expensive, and you probably would not want to wear it, opting instead to display it prominently.
Our aim is to deal only with American made high quality hats from companies like Stetson and Resistol.
